1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PocketPing, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

PocketPing is a private personal inbox for saving and accessing your own notes, links, and files across devices. It is not a communication service for messaging other people.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you save to PocketPing. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve it back to you. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not upload, store, or transmit any content that is illegal under applicable law.
• You may not upload content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right.
• You may not upload malware, viruses, or any software designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.
• You may not attempt to access another user's data or circumvent authentication or security measures.
• You may not use PocketPing to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Storage limits

Your account includes a storage limit for file uploads. File attachments are automatically deleted after 24 hours unless pinned. Pinned files are retained until you unpin or delete them. Uploads are limited to 50 MB per file and 20 files per hour. We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice where we deem it necessary. Violations involving illegal content may be reported to law enforcement.

7. Availability

We aim to keep PocketPing available but cannot guarantee uptime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions or data loss.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email with reasonable notice before changes take effect.
